Nikki

Dr. Nikki Walker is a multifaceted transformational leadership coach, ministry leader, author, and business entrepreneur. As an innovative prophetic voice and change agent, she inspires leaders and individual contributors to become whole and courageous in pursuit of their life purpose. As CEO and owner of Evolve Coaching and Consulting, LLC, it is an absolute joy for Dr. Nikki to help equip people to move forward with authenticity, boldness, insight, and precision.

For the past 15 years, Dr. Nikki has led synergistic organizational teams in the Accounting/Auditing industry and ministry. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Virginia Wesleyan University, a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University, and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership with a Leadership Coaching concentration from Regent University. She is also a Board Certified Life Coach via Light University, trainer, and dynamic speaker. The culmination of ministry, work, and educational experiences have given Dr. Nikki leadership skills and capacities to guide, support, and empower individuals to evolve personally and professionally.

She has also authored the book, “Millennial Leadership Development for Today's Organizations,” which offers organizational solutions for leaders to implement an effective Millennial leadership development plan necessary for progression and transformational success.
